The Tibetan Calendar holiday recurrence rule type is for holidays based on either the Tibetan lunar calendar or the Tibetan solar calendar, both of which share the same structure, albeit with different date offsets, as the Bhutanese calendars and Mongolian calendars.

The structure of Tibetan lunar calendar holidays is a month-day pair with the option of observing the holiday on the leap month and/or leap day (if applicable).
