Note that GenRules token have been deprecated since 2003 and should not be used.

This message occurs if Q++Studio encounters a GenRules token whose first character after the first colon is a + or -, but which is not followed by any other character. For example:

 [1GenRules:+]

These errors are often due to writing down the + or - and then looking at the diary to see the cases when rule should be shown and then being distracted and forgetting to complete the token.
