This modal message, and the related message 182825, indicate that QuarkXPress has not yet fully closed, prior to scanning a template or generating a diary.

Before build 20964 of August 5, 2019, this message would sometimes occur erroneously on computers with a fast graphics card. By the time the user clicked on the OK button of the message, QuarkXPress had had time to fully shut-down and the intended template scanning or diary generation could proceed normally.

But, since then, this message should no longer occur.
