Scanned Template contains no colors

The last time that the current GridTemplate was scanned, fewer than 4 colors were found in the template,

 

This is probably due a network problem during the most recent scan, and the scanned template is probably incomplete, if not corrupted.

 

The scanned template is probably garbage and you will not be able to preview or generate a diary until this problem is fixed

 

Solution:

 

Re-Scan Current GridTemplate: this usually solves the problem.

Purge Preferences: use this option to automatically purge the QuarkXPress preferences. It solves QuarkXPress problems in 95% of cases and, even when it is not the solution, it does no harm.

Check firewall and anti-virus: Check that your firewall and anti-virus settings are as recommended; often scanning errors are due to overly aggressive firewalls and anti-viruses.
