This message occurs if you try to launch Q++Studio while one of the parts of the nightly database maintenance, which does not require exclusive access to the database, is currently happening on the server.

You will be able to launch Q++Studio, despite this message, but, unless you are launching Q++Studio between midnight and 4 am, no such process should be running on the server, and you should connect to the server to see which process it is, and shut it down if necessary.
