This message occurs when you try to delete a holidays set, from within the holidays manager.
It is there to remind you that the holidays that you are about to delete could be used by other holidays in these holidays' conflict rules, and that these rules will be broken if that is the case.
The message gives you the option to let Q++Studio automatically look for links to see if any of the holidays of the set you are about to delete are referred to by other holidays.
