The [wy+] and [wy-] week tokens display the number of weeks into the year and remaining in the year.

The maximum week number of the current year (ie. 52 or 53, depending on the years) minus the current week number, all according to the ISO definition of week numbering. |
The [wy+] token is identical to the [w] week number token. Both tokens are defined because in some cases it might make the tokens in a GridTemplate easier to understand to use one token rather than the other.
