This message occurs at the end of diary generation, if the before-after option export to pdf was selected, and you click on the open PDF button, but Q++Studio notices that the PDF is older than the corresponding QuarkXPress output file.

This usually means that a problem occurred during the conversion of the output file to PDF, and you should look at the diary generation messages for any error message.
