This singleton run-time message means that your current script is using layer moving tokens but that the remove gridtemplate layers Generation Option is turned on.

This means that all the layers from your original GridTemplates will be removed prior to processing any Layer Moving Tokens in the script. Therefore a new layer of the chosen name will be created, possibly not in the vertical position where the original layer was in the GridTemplate.
