This message occurs, as you get ready to scan a GridTemplate, or generate a diary, if Q++Studio notices that the internal QuarkXPress is still running.

Before doing so, any other instance of QuarkXPress must be closed.

Click on the YES button to have Q++Studio force the lingering copy of QuarkXPress to close.
