This message occurs if you try to open a QuarkXPress file using one of the menu shortcuts from the templates menu, but that file does not exist.
There can be 3 reasons for this message:
•The file has been moved or deleted.
•The file has been renamed.
•The file was saved by a user whose network drive letters are not the same as yours.
To avoid such issues, you should make sure that all users save their QuarkXPress files in the \QxdFiles\ sub-folder of Q++ServerXE3\.
