To reset the priority of all the recurring holidays of a holidays set, use the Reset Priority menu item of the recurring holidays toolbar menu in the holidays manager.

Alternatively, to reset the priority of all the one-time-dates of a holidays set, use the Reset Priority menu item of the one-time-dates toolbar menu in the holidays manager.
