This message occurs when opening a script, if Q++Studio notices that there are fewer than 5 scriptlines in the script (the minimum number of scriptlines in an empty script), meaning that some of the essential script lines are not present.

This means that the script has been damaged and that any attempt to repair it would lead to garbage in, garbage out.
