The file name of the Quark File property of the current Quark Pages script line, either has no extension, or has an extension that is not recognizable by QuarkXPress (ie. it is not .qxd for QuarkXPress 3-4-5, or .qxp for Quark 6-2024).

 

This error usually comes from using a Macintosh file directly.

 

 

Solution

 

It will not be possible to preview or execute the current script until this error is fixed.

 

If your selected file has no extension, then you can first try to add the extension .qxd for QuarkXPress 3-4-5, or .qxp for QuarkXPress documents versions 6-2024.

 

Other options are:

•Select a QuarkXPress File: Automatically opens the QuarkXPress File property editor.

•Delete Script Line: Deletes the current QuarkXPress Pages script line.
