Each physical section is made up of one or more Section Rule.

All Other Pages

The All Other Pages rule is simple; it collects all pages not used by either of the other rules (and as such only one section may use this rule).

For other sections, there are 4 types of sections rules which are defined in the physical sections rule editor (note rule as opposed to rules) :

Range of Pages

Includes pages from a page number to another, inclusively.

You can specify if the pages will be counted from the back of the book, rather than from the front.

Pages at the Front

Includes a number of pages at the front.

Usually combined with Pages at the Back, either for end pages, tip-in pages, or saddle-stitched diaries.

Pages at the Back

Includes a number of pages at the back.

Usually combined with Pages at the Front, either for end pages, tip-in pages, or saddle-stitched diaries.

Complete Signature

Includes all the pages from a given signature.

You can specify if the signatures will be counted from the back of the book, rather than from the front.
