The week tokens [fw] and [fww] work the same way as do the week number tokens [w] and [ww], except that they display the financial week number used in Australia and New Zealand.
➢The financial week numbering follows the same rules as that of the ISO week number, except that it is based on July 1, rather than January 1.
That is to say, financial week 1 is the week that contains the first Thursday of July.
Financial weeks left in the year
The [wfy+] and [wfy-] week tokens display the number of weeks into the year and remaining in the year.
[wfy+] |
The week number, from 1-53, according to the ISO definition of week numbering, but based on July 1st. |
[wfy-] |
The maximum week number of the current year (ie. 52 or 53, depending on the years) minus the current week number, all according to the ISO definition of week numbering, but based on July 1st. |
The [wfy+] token is identical to the above [fw] week number token. Both tokens are defined because in some cases it might make the tokens in a GridTemplate easier to understand to use one token rather than the other.
