The file name of the QuarkXPress or InDesign file used in the GridTemplate property of the current DiaryGridLine, contains a reference to a specific year.

 

For example :

 

  Q:\Q++ServerXV4\QxdFiles\Daily_2020.qxp

 

This could become confusing in future years, and you should never refer to a specific year in a GridTemplate's file name.

 

Solution

 

•Rename QuarkXPress or InDesign File (recommended): Opens the QuarkXPress or InDesign file of the current GridTemplate so you can rename it.

•Rename Template: Opens the Templates Explorer so you can rename the current scanned template.
