This processing message occurs during diary generation, if a sara or macro specifies that the current textbox should be changed to a picturebox and that an InDesign file should be placed into that textbox/frame, but the specified InDesign file is a Macintosh file.

Solution

Open that InDesign file in Windows and save it before trying again.
