This message occurs when sending an email with the technical support module, if you have requested that files be attached to the email, but Q++Studio notices that InDesign is still running on your workstation.

➢InDesign may keep a lock on the files it opens so that it is not possible to copy or zip these files which means that files will be missing from the email message that you are sending.

To address this message, leave this message dialog open, close down InDesign, and then click on the OK button to close the present message dialog and try again.
