This message occurs if the InDesign Plugin used by Q++Studio, for the version of the internal InDesign used to scan and generate, cannot be found where it is expected to be.

You will not be able to scan GridTemplates or generate diaries until this problem is solved.

Solution

Usually the best solution is to re-apply the latest update.
