This message occurs during the conversion of working days tokens, if the string where a regional holidays set ID is expected but is of incorrect format (ie a 5-digit number).

➢The expected structure of a working days token is [tWD:XXXXX:YYYYY] where XXXXX is the Holidays Set ID of a holidays set containing national holidays, and YYYYY is the ID of another holidays set, this one containing regional holidays (if there are no regional holidays, then :YYYYY can be omitted).

This message, thus specifically means that the current working days token does contain a holidays set ID of the form :YYYYY, but that YYYYY is not a number.
