This scanning/inspection message warns you that some objects are locked on layers that are not the default layer of the scanned QuarkXPress file.

➢This message does not apply to InDesign, as it has no concept of a default layer.

Ignoring this message, while using the Generation Option ignore invisible layers, will lead to other messages when generating a diary, such as error when trying to remove layer from seed template and error moving/deleting box on layer to base layer.
