The requested font attribute change will be ignored as long as you are not using the required version of QuarkXPress.

 

Solution:

 

•Switch to QuarkXPress 2016-2024: if a version of QuarkXPress 2016-2024 is installed on your computer, then changing to that version will be one of the solutions proposed to you.
