Potential InDesign Files Format Issues

Scroll Prev Up Next More

This message occurs if you are using InDesign 2023-2025 and the current InDesign Info Pages File was saved in the file format of InDesign 2020-2022 (the displayed message will specify the 2 versions used).

The reason for this message is that, beginning with version 2023, InDesign no longer supports Type 1 fonts, and accessing Pantone color libraries requires the additional purchase of a license for the Pantone Connect Extension.

It is therefore best that you save the current file as an InDesign 2023-2025 file and identify and resolve any issue at that time.

Solution

Change InDesign Version Settings: Lets you changes the current InDesign settings in Q++Studio.

Change the version of InDesign used to Generate, to match that used to scan this particular template.
