This message occurs if you try to open a QuarkXPress or an InDesign file using one of the menu shortcuts from the QuarkXPress menu or the InDesign menu, but that file does not exist.

 

There can be 3 reasons for this message:

 

•The file has been moved or deleted.

•The file has been renamed.

•The file was saved by a user whose network drive letters are not the same as yours.

 

To avoid such issues, you should make sure that all users save their QuarkXPress or InDesign files in the \QxdFiles\ sub-folder of Q++ServerXV4\.
