This design-time message occurs if one or more of the saras of the saras property tries to specify the opacity of a rule above or rule below, but opacity is an object property in InDesign and is not available for text or rules above/below.

The use of this feature will lead to a corresponding run-time message, and a result that is not as expected.

Solution

Use the Fix the Sara option of the popup menu to change the attribute that is generating this message (the detailed list of formats, and their respective support by QuarkXPress and InDesign, can be found here).
