The last time that the current GridTemplate was scanned, more than 5% of the textboxes in the GridTemplate were blank.
This is only a warning, as there may be a good reason for this, but it could also indicate that there was a problem with the update of the templates database on the server during the most recent scan.
Solution:
•Re-Scan Current GridTemplate: this usually solves the problem.
•Purge Preferences: use this option to automatically purge the QuarkXPress or InDesign preferences. It solves QuarkXPress or InDesign problems in 95% of cases and, even when it is not the solution, it does no harm.
•Check firewall and anti-virus: Check that your firewall and anti-virus settings are as recommended; often scanning errors are due to overly aggressive firewalls and anti-viruses.
