This DTP processing message occurs if scan of a GridTemplate lists objects on page numbers higher than the total number of pages in the scanned QuarkXPress or InDesign file.

 

Most likely cause

 

This message is often due to the use of sections, whereby the first page of the template is not page number 1, as shown in the example on the right.

 

Alternative cause

 

If this is not the case, then the QuarkXPress or InDesign file being scanned is corrupted and should be copied into a fresh file.
