This message occurs if you try to scan a QuarkXPress or an InDesign file which is read-only, or is located in a read-only protected folder or network location.

The text of the present message will display the full path of the QuarkXPress or an InDesign file which cannot be accessed.

Make sure that you use a shared path, such as Q:\Q++ServerXV4\QxdFiles\, rather than a UNC network path such as \\QppServer\Q_drive\.
