This message occurs if you have opened the templates explorer from a gridtemplate property, and then tried to close the templates explorer having selected another template than the one that was selected when the templates explorer was opened.

Doing this is akin to changing the Template used by the currently selected DiaryGridLine, and this message asks you to confirm your choice to change the Template used by the currently selected DiaryGridLine.
