This message occurs while importing data from an Excel file, if the information contained in the selected Excel file does not match the expected data.

 

There are usually 3 possible causes for this message:

 

•The first column does not contain a date, or the date contained in the first column is in free text format, not Excel date format.

•The import started on a line that did not contain the expected data. This is often the case if you the first line of import you select is the row containing the title headers of each column.

•The first row to be imported is blank.
