This message occurs when trying to synchronize QuarkXPress Preferences, if Q++Studio is not able to synchronize the QuarkXPress preferences of both the external and internal versions of QuarkXPress.

The reason for this is usually that either the external and internal version of QuarkXPress is still running. Close it and try again.
