This error occurs in the tokens manager if you try to modify the translation of a mixed-source token and forget to set the index value of the translation.

In the example on the right, the blank value would be the cause of the present message when the user tried to save that latest entry.

The database structure requires that each translation must have an index value, even user-defined tokens, as in the example above, and others which have only one translation and for which the index value has no effect.
