This message would occur, when trying to refresh the list of installed fonts, if you are using a version of QuarkXPress before 2018.2 (versions 8-2017).

Normally, the fact that the version of QuarkXPress that you are using does not support postscript font styles, should have been noticed by Q++Studio beforehand, and this message should never occur.
