This message is no longer applicable since October 18, 2022.

This message occurs after you have sent a script or message using the technical support module and indicates that Q++Studio was able to connect to the email server of your choice and that the email and attachments were (apparently) successfully sent to the email server.

➢What this message does not guarantee is that the message reached its intended recipient.

If the message does not reach its recipient, you will get a message from your email server within 5-10 minutes indicating the cause of the failure. But, usually if this message appears, then the message should reach its intended recipient, if you use the default email address for technical support.
