This message occurs after you have used the technical support module to compress the current script using the Save button instead of the Email button, and informs you that the attachments have been saved for you in the c:\temp\qpp\email\ folder.

This dialog offers to open that folder for you so that you may directly copy these attachments to your preferred email client software so that you may send them manually.
