This run-time message, occurs during diary generation if a preceding matching design-time message was ignored (one of messages 187005, 187195 or 187205).

These messages warn you that within the list of InDesign or QuarkXPress templates and information pages used by the current script, one or more styles or style sheets has the same name but is defined differently.

These messages should have been addressed, otherwise you run the risk of getting unexpected results as the style definition of one of the InDesign or QuarkXPress files used by the current script might inadvertently override the style definition of another of these files.
