This message occurs when using the XML Script Editor from within the Scripts Explorer, to confirm that you want to fully overwrite the script selected in the Scripts Explorer, directly in the shared database, using the currently displayed XML representation of the Target script on the right of the XML Script Editor.

Once you confirm, by clicking on the Overwrite the Target Script button, the script in the database will immediately be overwritten.
