This message occurs when using the XML Script Editor from within the Main Window's Scripts menu, to confirm that you want to fully overwrite the current script, using the currently displayed XML representation of the Target script on the right of the XML Script Editor.

Once you confirm, by clicking on the Overwrite the Target Script button, the script in the Main Window's Script Editor be overwritten, but will not yet be saved in the shared database.
