➢Concretely this means that the drive Q:\ is visible and accessible, from your workstation, but that the folder Q:\Q++ServerXV4\ cannot be seen/accessed.

 

This usually means that the Q:\ drive is mapped incorrectly.

 

➢One common error is to map the Q:\ drive to the Q++ServerXV4 folder.

 

As specified in the server configuration topic, the workstations' drive Q:\ must map to the root of the drive which holds the Q++ServerXV4 folder, so that, as seen from the workstation, that folder is Q:\Q++ServerXV4\.
